A huge design breakthrough, the first panoramic window dial
Before AGELOCER designed the panoramic moon phase window, the traditional moon phase was displayed in a small window. This subversive 28.5mm large moon phase window design has created a panoramic moon phase watch in the industry. In order to enable the watch to drive a large area of the moon phase disk and prevent the dial from sliding due to the inertia of wrist movement when worn, the design team spent hundreds of hours on repeated testing, re-improved the anti-return structure and drive structure of the watch, thickened the toggle spring, and strengthened the power output of the turntable to fight inertia with superb research and development technology. This technology has been protected by China’s utility model patent and design patent.
Carved luminous moon
The protagonist of this watch is the moon, so the texture of the moon is also worth appreciating. Over the years, AGELOCER has never stopped optimizing the design of the moon phase. From 3D metal printing to metal carving, whether it is matte or polishing, many versions have been tried just to capture the most realistic details of the moon. But it has always retained its iconic design elements: huge, bright, ultra-realistic, and moving smoothly on a deep, unique night sky dial. The AGELOCER moon uses metal carving technology, and the expensive platinum plating process makes the texture of the moon lifelike. In order to make the moon light up at night, Swiss Super-LumiNova® super luminous paint is used. The luminous effect can be repeated infinitely with SLN and there is no time limit. Multidimensional Aesthetics: Dialogue between Structure, Material and Time
In order to better appreciate the exquisite details of the watch, AGELOCER uses the same sapphire glass material as top luxury goods on both the watch mirror and the bottom cover. 6N (99.9999%) grade high-purity sapphire glass, the refractive index of ordinary glass is about 1.5, and the refractive index of sapphire glass reaches 1.76. Through optical principles, the light beam shot into the crystal is reflected 360° without dead angles on all cut surfaces. The anti-glare sapphire makes the watch clearer and flawless. The dial is divided into two three-dimensional upper and lower layers, and the entire dial is finely carved using CNC diamond cutting technology. The dial uses a gradient color and granular metal sandblasting process. AGELOCER’s inlay processing accuracy reaches 0.01mm, and the three-dimensional finely carved moon is cleverly inlaid in the dial to maintain beauty without gaps! The upper scale position adopts satin frosting technology to highlight the delicate scale lines. Each scale nail and pointer is platinum-plated. 80-hour long kinetic energy automatic mechanical movement, a better self-made movement
The standard kinetic energy of watches such as Rolex, Omega, and Patek Philippe, which cost tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars, is only 40 hours. However, AGELOCER has achieved 80 hours of power reserve through technological innovation, which is 100% higher in kinetic energy reserve! The energy release of the watch spring with long kinetic energy is slower and more even, which can improve the accuracy and stability of the watch. The vibration frequency of the movement is 28,800 vibrations/time (4HZ), which controls the daily error of the movement within ±15 seconds. The luxury watch independently developed by China and the first one to use platinum-plated movement plates uses luxurious materials and fine polishing techniques that are only used in Swiss luxury watches.
