Professor Dr. Md. Rakibul Hoque is a respected academic and researcher with extensive contributions to the fields of Management Information Systems, Digital Transformation, E-Governance, and ICT for Development. Prior to his new appointment, he served successfully as Director of the MBA (Evening) Program at the MIS Department, where he played a key role in enhancing academic quality and program administration.
