Las Vegas, CES 2026 (THETECHMUSK=TTM): French startup Abeye is stepping into the digital-wellness spotlight with the debut of the Lexilens® Screen, a Full HD smart monitor built around patented neurovisual filtering tech designed to make reading on screens feel instantly clearer, calmer, and more cognitively efficient. The company describes its approach as “noise-canceling, but for reading.”
Revealed at Eureka Park, Booth 60601-9, the monitor marks the first major expansion of Abeye’s neurovisual ecosystem, joining its already award-winning Lexilens® smart glasses. The pitch is straightforward: whether you’re working, studying, or doom-scrolling your apps, the Lexilens® Screen aims to reduce visual strain and help users stay focused longer—no training, no behavior change, no wearables. Just one button.
“We believe reading should always feel natural. Our mission is to bring science-powered visual comfort into everyday life,” said CEO Michael Kodochian.
A Monitor That Thinks Like a Wellness Device
Abeye’s core technology is built on neuroscientific research into neurovisual crowding—subtle interference in how the brain interprets visual signals. The Lexilens® system modulates visual input in real time to deliver clearer text, smoother reading flow, and reduced cognitive “noise.” Many people with common reading fatigue may benefit, while some users, including those with dyslexia, often report stronger improvements. At CES, Abeye is letting visitors self-check their neurovisual crowding, with guided demos to show how quickly the effect is felt—often “within seconds,” according to the company.
Part of a Growing Neurovisual Tech Stack
The new screen expands a product line that already includes the Lexilens® smart glasses, used by more than 6,000 people in 44 countries with a reported 92% satisfaction rate. These glasses offer the same neurovisual filtering effect in a portable, everyday format for reading on both paper and screens.
By pairing glasses with a monitor, Abeye is positioning itself as a pioneer of a new consumer tech category: neurovisual wellness.
CES 2026: Hands-On Demos & World Premiere
Visitors to Abeye’s booth can expect:
- World premiere of the Lexilens® Screen
- Hands-on demos of all Lexilens® devices
- On-the-spot neurovisual crowding checks

A French Startup Betting on Cognitive Comfort
Founded in 2018 in Burgundy, Abeye builds and manufactures its devices domestically, supported and distributed by optical network Atol, which has incubated the startup since launch. With the Lexilens® Screen, the company is pushing into a broader frontier—tech designed not just to display content, but to make the brain’s interaction with that content more efficient.
